why may you need spiritual healing?
Hopefully, at this point, you are feeling drawn towards healing, for whatever reason or reasons that may be. You realise that conventional healing systems do not always work and that there is a deeper need somewhere that needs to be addressed.
This is where I come in to offer the help you need through the guidance of spirit rather than medication, counselling, psychiatry, or some other standard practice.
The spirit is not addressed through any of those disciplines and, at best, may just mollify symptoms of an inner turmoil rather than providing final and effective pathways to future insight, resolution and happiness.

How will we work together?
We will “meet” initially by phone, through email or online through Zoom. There we can chat informally and openly about your situation and what it is you feel you need to resolve. You may not know exactly what is the problem, many of us are at that point at times, but I can help you to reveal the true root of your worries, to identify their origins and their influences upon you, and, eventually, how to address and rebalance the controlling factors in your life.
To discover your issues and hone them down to root causes, we can use various techniques, including cards, colours, crystals, and meditation. All of these methods allow you to call upon your instinct and mostly unconscious faculties. You may not know why you lean towards a particular colour for example, or influence the choice of a number of cards from a pack, feel in tune with a crystal, or bring to the surface through meditation reasons for your discomfort.
Once we have a clear picture of what negative energies are manifesting themselves, we can, together, start to redress the imbalances, clear your chakras, and bring the spirit back into equilibrium.

What are the healing techniques?
Spiritual healing can be approached through meditation, prayer, colours, crystals, energy work with chakras, and connecting with nature, often involving self-reflection, positive affirmations, and seeking balance in your life. The goal is to foster inner peace, well-being, and a deeper connection to your soul or higher power.
To start, we find a quiet space, take deep breaths, and visualize healing light. You can also incorporate spiritual disciplines, such as yoga or specific cultural/religious practices, and minimize exposure to negative influences to support your healing journey.
Each method has its own processes, and I will explain those to you at the outset and at every step throughout your journey.
